Bradford Bay Farms

Home Grown on the Eastern Shore
Text Box: Located in the Eastern Shore of Virginia, Bradford Bay Farms is excited to bring to market a wonderful tasting culinary delight. Black Sea Bass, a native to Eastern U.S. waters, has been highly prized by fishermen and chefs alike for its firm texture and delicate flavor. Following intensive fishing pressure during the 80’s and 90’s, U.S. Universities set out to develop methods to raise this fish in land based fish farms. Bradford Bay Farms is among the first to use these methods commercially to farm black sea bass.
